Terms of Service

These Terms of Service set out the conditions and procedures for using Sonnim, the accommodation guide page service provided by Code Sprint Co., Ltd., together with the rights and obligations of the Company and its Members and other necessary matters.

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms is to set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities of Code Sprint Co., Ltd. (the "Company") and its Members, and other necessary matters, in connection with the use of Sonnim and all related services operated by the Company (the "Service").

Article 2 (Definitions)

The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows.

1. "Service" means all functions by which a Member's accommodation guide is organized into a guide page for Guests to read, that page is distributed by link, QR code and print, and artificial intelligence answers Guests' questions on the basis of the guide.

2. "Member" means a person who has agreed to these Terms and entered into a use agreement with the Company under Article 4.

3. "Guest" means a person who views a guide page distributed by a Member or sends a question from that page. A Guest is not a Member and uses the guide page without a separate registration procedure.

4. "Guide Page" means the page for Guests that a Member has created and published through the Service, together with its link, QR code and printed materials.

5. "Member Content" means all guides, guide items, notices, photos, accommodation information and other materials that a Member enters or uploads to the Service.

6. "AI Output" means answers generated by the Service's artificial intelligence on the basis of Member Content and provided to Guests, and results generated by artificial intelligence to organize, review or translate Member Content.

Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of the Terms)

(1) The Company posts these Terms on the Service so that Members can easily review them.

(2) The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that the amendment does not violate applicable laws, including the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.

(3) When the Company amends these Terms, it posts the amended Terms on the Service together with the current Terms, specifying the effective date and the reasons for the amendment, from seven days before the effective date. Amendments required by changes in law or by urgent security needs may be posted at the same time they take effect. The Company may notify Members of an amendment at their registered email address where it considers this necessary.

(4) A Member who does not express an objection by the effective date of the amended Terms is deemed to have agreed to them. A Member who does not agree to the amended Terms may terminate the use agreement under Article 13.

(5) Matters not provided for in these Terms and the interpretation of these Terms are governed by applicable laws and commercial practice.

Article 4 (Formation of the Use Agreement)

(1) The use agreement is formed when a person who wishes to become a Member agrees to these Terms, enters an email address, and confirms the verification code that the Company sends to that address.

(2) The Company may refuse an application or subsequently terminate the use agreement in any of the following cases.

1. Where another person's email address is used

2. Where a Member whose use has been restricted under these Terms applies again during the restriction period

3. Where the application otherwise violates these Terms or applicable laws

(3) A Member uses the Service as an accommodation operator who creates and distributes Guide Pages, not as a Guest of a Guide Page published by the Company.

Article 5 (Account Management)

(1) A Member's account is identified by a single email address. The Company does not use passwords and verifies the Member's identity at each login by a verification code sent to the Member's email address.

(2) Any person who can access a Member's email account can access the Service under that Member's account. Members must keep their email accounts secure and are responsible for the consequences of failing to do so.

(3) A Member who becomes aware that their account has been misused must notify the Company without delay.

Article 6 (Content of the Service)

(1) The Company provides Members with the following services.

1. AI drafting that organizes a guide the Member has pasted or uploaded into guide items and notices for Guests

2. Editing of the organized guide, a pre-publication review, and publication of the Guide Page

3. Provision of the Guide Page's link, QR code and printed materials

4. AI automatic responses that answer Guests' questions on the basis of Member Content, and notification to the Member of questions that could not be answered

5. Translation of the Guide Page's text into foreign languages

6. A weekly email informing the Member of views of and questions on the Guide Page

(2) The Service is in principle provided 24 hours a day, every day of the year. However, all or part of the Service may be temporarily suspended for system maintenance, equipment failure, communication outages or other causes beyond the Company's control.

(3) The Company may set reasonable limits on the use of the Service, such as the number of Guide Pages, the length of guide items, the number of photos and the number of AI calls, and states those limits on the Service.

Article 7 (Change and Discontinuation of the Service)

(1) The Company may change all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons. Changes that materially affect Members are announced in advance on the Service or by email.

(2) Where the Company intends to discontinue the Service, it notifies Members by email no later than thirty days before the discontinuation date and provides a period during which Members can retrieve their Member Content.

Article 8 (Fees)

(1) The Company currently provides the Service free of charge.

(2) If the Company introduces a paid service, it posts the details, fees and payment conditions on the Service in advance and obtains the Member's consent. The Company does not charge fees without the Member's consent.

Article 9 (Rights in Member Content)

(1) Copyright and all other rights in Member Content belong to the Member.

(2) The Member grants the Company a license to store, reproduce, organize, translate, transmit and display Member Content to the extent necessary to provide the Service. This license is limited to creating the Guide Page, showing it to Guests and answering Guests' questions. The Company does not use Member Content for any other purpose and does not sell it to third parties.

(3) The Member warrants that it holds the necessary rights in Member Content and must not upload materials that infringe another person's copyright, portrait rights or other rights. The Member is responsible for any dispute with a third party arising from Member Content.

(4) Rights in the Service, its screens, trademarks and software belong to the Company.

Article 10 (Notice on AI Output)

(1) The Service's artificial intelligence answers by finding a basis within the guide the Member has uploaded. It does not answer matters not contained in the guide and instead states that no answer was found.

(2) AI Output may be inaccurate or incomplete. The Company does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose of AI Output.

(3) Final responsibility for the content of the guide provided to Guests rests with the Member who wrote and published it. The Member must review the organized guide before publication and must directly verify information relating to Guests' safety and property.

Article 11 (Obligations of Members)

(1) Members must comply with applicable laws, these Terms and the usage guidance shown on the Service, and must not do any of the following.

1. Upload information that violates the law, infringes another person's rights or is otherwise contrary to public order and morals

2. Call the Service in bulk by automated means or access it in an abnormal manner so as to interfere with its normal operation

3. Access, or attempt to access, another Member's account or Guide Page without authorization

4. Copy, decompile or reverse engineer the Service, or resell it commercially without the Company's consent

5. Use a Guide Page for the purpose of collecting personal information from Guests that the law does not permit

(2) In their relationship with Guests, Members must comply with applicable laws, including laws relating to lodging businesses.

Article 12 (Restriction of Use)

(1) If a Member violates Article 11 or applicable laws, the Company may, after prior notice, restrict or suspend the publication of the relevant Guide Page or the Member's use of the Service. Where the violation is serious or urgent, the Company may act without prior notice and notify the Member of the reasons afterwards.

(2) A Member who objects to a measure under paragraph (1) may raise the objection through the contact in Article 15, and the Company lifts the measure without delay if the objection is found to be justified.

Article 13 (Termination of the Agreement)

(1) A Member may request termination of the use agreement at any time. A Member can delete Guide Pages on the Service, and a Member who wishes to delete the account and all Member Content requests this through the contact in Article 15. The Company deletes the account and Member Content without delay from the date of the request and notifies the Member of the result.

(2) The Company may terminate the use agreement if a Member materially violates these Terms and fails to remedy the violation within a reasonable period set by the Company.

(3) When the use agreement is terminated, the Member's Guide Pages can no longer be opened. Member Content and associated records are deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Article 14 (Limitation of Liability)

(1) The Company is not liable where it cannot provide the Service due to natural disaster, communication failure, failure of a cloud provider or other causes beyond its control.

(2) The Company is not liable for interruptions in the use of the Service caused by the Member's fault.

(3) The Company has no obligation to intervene in reservations, refunds, incidents at the accommodation or any other dispute between a Member and a Guest, or between a Member and a third party, and is not liable for damages arising from them.

(4) In connection with the use of the Service provided free of charge, the Company is not liable for damages incurred by a Member unless caused by the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence.

(5) This Article does not limit any liability of the Company that cannot be excluded under applicable laws.

Article 15 (Notices and Inquiries)

(1) Notices from the Company to a Member are sent to the Member's registered email address. Notices to all Members may instead be posted on the Service for at least seven days.

(2) Inquiries about these Terms and the Service are to be sent to support@sonnim.app.

Article 16 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

(1) These Terms and the use of the Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

(2) Any lawsuit concerning a dispute between the Company and a Member is brought before the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act of the Republic of Korea.

Article 17 (Language)

The Korean version of this document is the governing text. The English version is provided as a reference translation only. In case of any discrepancy between the two, the Korean version prevails.

Addendum

These Terms take effect on August 19, 2026.
