Why three host messages are enough

Questions sent by guests are mostly concentrated at three points. Right after booking, “What time is check-in?”, on the day of arrival, “How do I enter?”, and on the last day, “What time do I need to leave?”. Sending messages in advance at these three points greatly reduces inquiries. This tool creates only those three essential messages. Just enter the accommodation name, check-in, and check-out times to complete guidance sentences that guests can easily understand.

Guests read messages only when they arrive in their own language. Airbnb chat's auto-translation often garbles long sentences or ones that mix times and addresses, and text messages have no translation at all. This tool has all three messages ready in Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, and Simplified Chinese. The property name, times, and contact details you enter are not translated and go in as typed, so the numbers never change.

Paste them into Airbnb scheduled message settings to make them automated messages. Set the timing to immediately after booking confirmation for 「Reservation confirmation」, on the day of check-in for 「Check-in guide」, and the day before check-out for 「Check-out guide」, and you won't have to worry about it afterward. For accommodations sent directly via KakaoTalk or text, just copy them by language and send them according to the guest. Messages are created within the browser and entered content is not sent to the server.

Keep messages limited to times and contact info, and put long explanations like door lock methods, Wi-Fi, and recycling on the accommodation guide page. Putting door lock codes and parking instructions in messages makes them too long, and guests easily miss important times. Adding the Sonnim guide page link includes the link in all three messages, allowing guests to check detailed guides in their own language.

How do I add this to Airbnb automated messages?
Simply create 「Scheduled messages」 in the message settings of the Airbnb host menu, paste the copied sentences here, and select when to send them. For items like the guest's name, just insert the shortcode provided by Airbnb in that spot.
Why are guest names or dates missing?
They were excluded because they vary by reservation. The messages are structured to be created once and sent as-is to all guests. Names and dates can be filled in by Airbnb's automated message feature or added directly before sending.
Can I trust the translation?
The three sentences are fixed, so they were translated in advance and verified by humans. The accommodation name, times, and contact info you enter are included without translation.
Is the entered contact info saved?
It is not saved. Messages are created only within your browser and disappear as soon as you close the page.
